How to make Butter chicken

1/2 kg chicken
3-4 onions
200 g butter 1 tbsp garlic 250 g tomatoes 4 green chillies 1 small ginger slice 1 tsp turmeric powder 3 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp chicken masala
Salt as per taste
Oil as per need
Method
First of all, thoroughly wash the chicken pieces and put turmeric salt and keep them aside. Grind the chopped onion, garlic and ginger in a mixer jar. Now heat oil in a pan on medium heat. - Once the oil is hot, add ground onion, garlic and ginger paste to it. Fry the mixture until the masala leaves the oil. Add turmeric, chilli, coriander, chicken masala powder and a little water to the roasted spices and stir it. If the color of the spices starts to turn red, then add tomato puree and salt and stir it. When the spices start leaving the oil, then put the pieces of chicken in it and keep it for cooking. Keep it running in between. After about 25 minutes, put butter in it and keep cooking it until the chicken melts. After the chicken melts, add a teaspoon of butter and top it. Butter Butter Masala is ready bhi. Serve with roti and parantha
